Today I…

ate Nissin cup noodles for lunch
had very sweet rock melon at home
did work
cooked chicken rice for dinner
& sweet and sour chicken
& tom yam soup

All on my own. My first time cutting a melon on my ownnnn! (I miss my papa for cutting almost all the melons I’ve eaten all my life)

I treasure simplicity in life.

Today’s a good day. It’s sunny, and London looks beautiful all over again.

And I baked a chocolate swirl cake topped with raisins (my favourite). Hehee.

I’m back.

A fantastic summer in Singapore, an Autumn semester, a winter break, and half a spring semester later, I’m finally back. It’s been long :)

And I started baking!! You can see those chocolate chip cookies on top, and chocchip & raisin ones below.

They don’t taste very good though… Will improve on it!!!

Also, I’ve spent my first CNY in London! It wasn’t that bad afterall. Had many reunion dinners/lunches, and am super in need of a workable diet plan now. Hahha.

I will be back!

Ever since my last paper, I haven’t been studying much. :( I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Next up is European Law on 25th May. Really need to buck up and start studying for it.
